Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 30 days from the day:

  • where you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken physical possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods in one order and these are delivered together;

  • where you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken physical possession of the last item, provided that you have ordered multiple items in one order and these are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. This can be done by email: SUPPORT@GRWHT.com.
You can use the attached standard withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the period.

Effects of regret
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we:

  • has received the goods back, or

  • have received documentation that you have returned the goods – whichever comes first.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day on which you informed us of your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the expiry of the 30 days.
The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by you.
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods.

Grounds for exclusion and lapse of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to agreements:

  • on the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and are manufactured according to the consumer's individual choice or decision;

  • on the delivery of goods that can deteriorate quickly or have a limited shelf life;

  • on the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which is agreed upon in the purchase agreement, but which can only be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the agreement, and whose current value depends on market fluctuations;

  • for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, except for subscription agreements.

The right of withdrawal lapses for agreements:

  • on the delivery of sealed goods which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return if the seal has been broken after delivery;

  • on the delivery of goods which, after delivery, are mixed with other goods in such a way that they cannot be separated again;

  • on the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been broken after delivery.
